  4. Dejamos que se vayan pochando a fuego lento moviendo de vez en cuando y añadiendo un chorrito de vino blanco o cerveza.
  5. Cuando este todo pochado añadimos el tomate y dejamos a fuego lento una media hora,para que coja colorcito todo.
  6. Ya solo nos queda mezclar las albóndigas con la salsa y dejar cocer 5 minutos junto y a difrutar con media barra de pan
