- Incorporaremos el vino y dejaremos reducir el alcohol.
- Agregaremos las albóndigas, el caldo y la cucharadita de curry, dejaremos a fuego lento, durante 20 minutos (el tiempo dependerá del tamaño que hayamos hecho las albóndigas).
- En el último momento incorporaremos la leche, removeremos y dejaremos cocer, durante unos minutos, para que se integre correctamente a la salsa.
- En este momento, os aconsejamos que probéis su sabor, para saber si debéis rectificaremos el punto de sal, en el caso que fuera necesario.
