  1. En un bol pondremos la carne picada y añadiremos los huevos, el diente de ajo que esté muy picado y el pan rallado.

Una vez pasado ese tiempo vamos a pasar las verduras por la batidora para que quede una salsita, añadimos a la olla otra vez y echamos una cucharadita de sal y otra del mix de hierbas mediterráneas (esto lo compro ya preparado, es de la marca Just spices y si no podéis preparar vosotros la mezcla). Reservamos la salsa mientras hacemos las albóndigas.
  7. Sacamos las albóndigas de la nevera y vamos a pasarlas por harina. Añadimos aceite a una sartén y cuando esté caliente vamos friéndolas todas por ambos lados.
  8. Por último añadimos las albóndigas a la olla con la salsa y cocinamos unos 5/10 minutos. Listas!
