  3. Una vez fritas todas, en el mismo aceite (añadimos un poco más si hay poco) se echa la cebolla, el tomate, la zanahoria y el pimiento rojo, se deja pochar bien y se pasa por la batidora.
  4. En una olla rápida colocamos las albóndigas y echamos por encima la salsa, las cubrimos de agua, sazonamos, echamos un poco del vino blanco y dejamos cocinar unos 15 min. Pasado el tiempo, abrimos la olla, rectificamos de sal, le echamos los champiñones y los Guisantes escurridos. Dejamos al fuego unos minutos y listo.
