  1. Empezamos por hacer las albóndigas. En un bol dónde hemos batido los huevos mezclamos la carne, los ajos las dos cucharas de pan rallado, el sal y perejil al gusto. Mezclamos bien y reservamos tapado en la nevera una hora.
  2. Una vez listo eso y pasado el tiempo nos ponemos a hacer bolitas con la carne siempre del mismo tamaño y no muy grandes. (mucha gente hace la bola y le añade queso dentro, opcional). Una vez listas las pasamos por harina y las doramos en la sartén con un poco de aceite oliva. Vuelta y vuelta(sólo pasarlas)
  3. Cuándo estén pasadas medio minuto por cada lado las pasamos a una olla o sartén o paellera lo que queramos. Y reservamos
  4. Nos ponemos hacer la salsa, en la misma sartén que pasamos las albóndigas y con el mismo aceite sofreímos la cebolla, y echamos el vino, el agua y la pastilla de avecrem, que se evapore un poco(15 min) y retiramos del fuego echándole todo en la olla dónde tenemos las albóndigas. (opcional un poco salsa de tomate para que la salsa sea roja)
  5. Ponemos a fuego suave la olla y removiendo de vez en cuándo unos 40/60 min. Depende dónde las hagamos(yo las hice en la paellera y son 25 min)
  6. Una vez listo probamos de sabor y añadimos lo que queramos, sal, más perejil, pimentón eso depende el gusto de cada uno. Y están listas para mojar pan en salsa y comer algo tierno y delicioso.
