  4. Picamos la cebolla y el diente de ajo que tenemos reservado después de haberlo blanqueado, lo metemos en un bol, junto el huevo, una cucharadita de pan rallado, sal y una pizca de pimienta.
  5. Lo amasamos bien hasta que se incorporen todos los ingredientes. Preparamos un plato con harina y una sartén con aceite bien caliente para dorar las albóndigas.
  6. Con las manos un poco húmedas hacemos bolitas de unos 4 cm las pasamos por la harina, retiramos la sobrante y metemos a la sartén que ya estará el aceite caliente hasta dorarlas.
  7. En la sartén donde tenemos a fuego lento pochando las verduras vertemos el medio vaso de vino y subimos el fuego hasta evaporar el alcohol.
  8. Una vez evaporado el vino vamos incorporando las albóndigas ya doradas. Una vez las tengamos todas en la sartén vertemos el caldo de pollo (250 ml) y dejamos a fuego lento 5 min.
  9. Por último echamos los guisantes y dejamos 10 min más a fuego lento. Listo para comer!!
