Después agregamos el tomate, vinagre balsámico, ajo, sal, laurel, agua y el azúcar para bajar la acidez del tomate. Cocinamos así unos 5 minutos a fuego bajo y luego agregamos las albóndigas. Dejamos así a fuego bajo por 20 minutos, aprox. Y listo!!
