  1. Primero en una sartén vamos agregar un chorro de aceite. Picaremos bien chiquita la cebolla y el morrón y a ambos los vamos a rehogar, condimentaremos con sal, pimienta, comino y pimentón a gusto y reservaremos.
  2. En un bowls pondremos la carne picada, le agregaremos 1 huevo, orégano, sal y pimienta a gusto y agregaremos la preparación anterior. Revolver bien para que se integre todo y armar bolitas y pasarlas por pan rallado, luego freír y reservar.
  3. Para la salsa: vamos a picar la zanahoria a la mitad o rodajas finas y la pondremos a rehogar primero (ya que es la más dura) y condimentaremos. Agregamos la cebolla y morrón bien picados.
  4. Una vez bien rehogados, agregar el puré de tomate (yo puse 1/4 de cajita) y le agrego una cucharada abundante de azúcar (opcional, a mí me encanta el gusto agridulce que le da a la salsa).
  5. Dejar que se cocine bien y unos 10 minutos antes de servir poner las albóndigas sobre la salsa para que se calienten ya que las mismas ya están cocinadas (yo las frito antes para evitar que se desarmen) y listo, a disfrutar y acompañar con lo que les guste. Yo lo hice con arroz.
  6. DATO: con 1/4 de picada me salieron 36 albóndigas chicas, yo puse 18 en la salsa, las otras las congelé crudas para otra vez.
