- Cuando las albóndigas estén cocidas las sacamos de la olla y el pisto lo pasamos por el pasapuré, volvemos a mezclar las albóndigas con el puré de pisto y le añadimos 2 cucharadas de tomate frito le damos un poco de fuego para que ligue.
- Sacamos las patatas ya cocidas y las vamos pasando por el pasapuré, en un cazo ponemos la leche y la margarina y lo llevamos a ebullición, este preparándolo añadimos sal, puré de patata y lo mezclamos vamos echando poco a poco y mezclamos.
- En un plato grande ponemos unas albóndigas y 2 cucharadas de puré lo adornamos con perejil picado y unos cherrys.
