- Agregar las cucharadas de pan rallado y la cebolla rallada.formar las albóndigas y rebozar en pan rallado... si vez que no se arman podes agregarle más pan rallado.
- Poner a calentar aceite y sellar las albóndigas.. reservar.
- Preparar la salsa... ponemos la cebolla y el morrón... cuando está transparente la cebolla agregamos el tomate, la zanahoria y los condimentos a gusto... yo agregó una cucharada de azúcar..
- Luego el puré de tomates (la cantidad depende de cuanta salsa queremos hacer..)y una taza de agua o caldo del que tengas... una vez que cocinamos un poco la salsa agregamos las albóndigas..
- Y seguimos cocinando a fuego mínimo sin mover unos 30 minutos más aprox..
- Poner a hervir los spaghettis y una vez listos, servir..
