- 1 diente ajo
- 4 bizcochos de soletilla
- 1 vaso bebida de arroz (sabor coco)

- Poner a remojo los bizcochos de soletilla troceados con la bebida de arroz.

- Colocar la carne en un bol, salpimentar al gusto y añadir el diente de ajo machacado; colar los bizcochos y agregarlos a la carne; poner la bebida de arroz sobrante en una cazuela. Lavarse bien las manos y trabajar la carne, hay que mezclarla estrujándola con ganas.

- En la cazuela con la bebida de arroz, añadir el jugo de las latas de piña, la miel, el vinagre y una cucharadita de sal, dejar reduciendo.

- Con las manos húmedas, dar forma a las albóndigas y cubrirlas ligeramente con harina de patata.

- Una vez reducida la base del caldo, apagar el fuego y añadir la piña muy troceada.

- Cortar las verduras y reservar el chile, podéis utilizar las que más os gusten o las que tengáis a mano: cebolla, apio, repollo, nabo, puerro...

- Dorar las albóndigas por tandas en una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva.

- Ir colocando las albóndigas en la cazuela con la piña.

- Una vez estén todas las albóndigas en la cazuela, agregar las verduras, un pellizco de sal, cubrir con agua y tapar, dejar cociendo a fuego medio durante 20 minutos.

- Transcurrido el tiempo, corregir de sal. Diluir 1/2 cucharadita de harina de patata con un poquito de agua fría, agregar esta mezcla a la cazuela y dejar un par de minutos más al fuego para que espese la salsa. Servir las albóndigas con unas rodajitas de chile por encima y acompañadas de arroz al vapor.
