Ya he probado alguna vez a hacer las albóndigas con la thermomix, las hemos probado con salsa de almendras y salsa de verduras, están buenísimas. Pero siempre en casa mi mami, nos las hacia con salsa de tomate, lo más tradicional, creo yo. - 600 gramos carne picada de ternera. (la mezcla que más te guste)
- 2 cucharadas pan rallado con ajo y perejil
- 2 huevos

- 1/2 cucharadita de las de postre pimienta molida
- ----- Para la salsa de tomate:
- 150 gramos cebolla
- 100 gramos pimiento verde
- 1 zanahoria
- 50 gramos aceite de oliva
- 1 lata (800 gramos) tomate triturado
- 1/2 cubilete vino blanco
- 1 cucharadita sal
- 1 cucharadita azúcar

- Pon en el vaso, la carne, el pan rallado, el huevo, la leche, la sal, y la pimienta y programa 30 segundos, velocidad 3. Retira la carne del vaso y ve formando las albóndigas, colócalas en el recipiente varoma. Tapa y reserva.
- Sin lavar el vaso, pon la cebolla, el pimiento, la zanahoria y el aceite. Programa 3 segundos, velocidad 5.
- Añade el tomate, el vino, la sal y el azúcar. Sitúa el recipiente varoma en su posición y programa 35 minutos, Varoma, velocidad 1.
- Retira el recipiente varoma con mucho cuidado de no quemarte y coloca las albóndigas en una fuente.
- Espera unos minutos a que baje la temperatura, coloca el cubilete y tritura la salsa 45 segundos, velocidad 9. Vierte la salsa sobre las albóndigas, mezcla y sirve.
- Nota : Si quieres aprovechar la bandeja del recipiente varoma, puedes hacer unas patatas o unas verduras. Puedes hacer hasta 1 kilo de carne picada, añadiéndole 1 huevo mas y 2 cucharadas de pan rallado mas. Reparte las albóndigas en el recipiente varoma y bandeja. Puedes acompañar las albóndigas con arroz blanco, pasta, patatas fritas, etc….
