  1. Hacemos las albóndigas: en un recipiente metemos la carne picada, el huevo, el pan rallado, perejil y sal y pimienta. Mezclamos todo muy bien mezclado. Cuando lo tengamos mezclamos hacemos bolas no muy grandes. Las vamos rebozado con harina. Las freímos y apartamos.
  2. Con el aceite de freír las albóndigas en una cacerola sofreímos la cebolla picadita, el ajo en trocitos pequeños y los tomates picadito, con sal.
  3. Cuando lo tengamos sofrito y el tomate deshecho añadimos la hija de laurel y 1 vaso y medio de agua. Echamos una cucharada de harina. Mezclamos para que no se pegue.
  4. Dejamos cocer uno 5 minutos y echamos el vino. Dejamos otros 5 minutos. Y añadimos la pastilla de avecrem y las albóndigas. A fuego bajo dejamos cocer las albóndigas moviendo de vez en cuando unos 20-30minutos.
