- Añadimos, las gambas, los mejillones, las almejas y el perejil, sofreímos unos segundos, añadimos el brandy, dejar unos segundos a que se evapore el alcohol y añadimos el caldo, dejar hervir unos minutos sazonar, reservamos.



- Hacemos las albóndigas, las pasamos por harina y las doramos por todos los lados y las vamos añadiendo a la salsa, cocemos la albóndigas con la salsa unos 20 minutos a fuego lento,
