- Después hacemos bolitas de un grosor de unos 4 cm de diámetro, las enharinamos y las freímos con un chorrito de aceite en una sartén u olla como prefiráis, las dejamos que se doren por todos lados y las sacamos en un plato... aún estarán crudas por dentro.
- Con el mismo aceite añadimos el vaso de vino, a la que hierva le echamos la misma cantidad de caldo de carne. Lo dejamos unos 5 o 6 minutos y añadimos las albóndigas...dejamos que se hagan bien por dentro y listo. Quedan riquísimas!
