  4. Añadir las verduras que teníamos reservadas y ponerle sal y pimienta y poner 8 minutos vel. 1 Temperatura. Varoma
  5. Añade una cucharada de harina y cocina 2 minutos, vel. 1. Varoma
  6. Añade el vino y déjalo 2 minutos más, añade agua y cocina unos 15-17 minutos, varoma. Vel.1.
  7. Tritura todo unos segundos y mezcla con las albóndigas. Calienta unos minutos.
  8. Acompaña con unas patatas fritas y listo.
