- En otra sartén freiremos las albóndigas hasta que estén doraditas.
- Añadimos las albóndigas ya doradas en la olla donde tenemos las verduras.

- Echaremos el otro medio vaso de cerveza y cubriremos las albóndigas con agua y hervir a fuego medio.
- Añadimos la cucharada de maizena y dejamos reducir la salsa hasta que tenga la textura que deseamos.(Removeremos de vez en cuando).
- Cuando la salsa tenga la textura que deseamos la probaremos y ajustaremos de sal. Y listo para comer.
