  4. 300 ml tomate frito (si tienes muchas albóndigas, usa el brick entero)
  5. 1/2 cebolla
  6. 1 pimiento rojo o si es muy grande, la mitad
  7. 1 cdita comino
  8. 1 cucharadita albahaca seca (si tienes fresca, mejor)
  9. 1 cdita pimentón dulce
  10. Sal y aove

  1. Comienza dorando las albóndigas y una vez cojan colorcito, sácalas y resérvalas quitando el exceso de aceite. Yo las hago como si fuesen a la plancha.

  5. Lo ideal es bajar el fuego y dejar todo sofreír bien, durante unos 15 minutos
  6. Una vez el sofrito esté bien blandito y meloso … incorporamos el tomate frito … y batimos todo en un recipiente.
  7. Volvemos a añadirlo a la sartén, una vez esté todo bien batido y con la textura deseada. Incorporamos las albóndigas y probamos de sal.
  8. Cocinaremos durante otros 5-7 minutos más a fuego bajito
  9. Y listo !!! Maravilla se salsita que podréis usar para pastas y carnes
