    Puedes también poner en el horno y así usas menos aceite, pero yo no las hago mucho y el resto de la semana no tomo fritos.
  4. Retirar todo el aceite de la sartén y dejar sólo un par de Cd.
    Cortar la cebolla en juliana y sofreír en la misma sartén.
  5. Cuando esté doradita retiradla y podéis triturarla o echarla directamente en la olla con las albóndigas ya fritas.
  6. Cubrir de agua o caldo de verduras(yo usé el sobranre de una crema de calabacín), añadir el vino, la pastilla de caldo y el laurel
  7. Dejar hervir unos 5 min a fuego fuerte, luego tapar, bajar el fuego y dejar unos 8 min. Y listo!
