Si la masa est谩 muy espesa y no quer茅is a帽adir m谩s huevos, pod茅is echar un chorre贸n de leche, pero un poquito.
  2. Cuando est茅 la masa se empiezan a hacer las alb贸ndigas de merluza. Despu茅s se fr铆en en abundante aceite caliente, hasta dorarlas y se apartan en un recipiente para hacer el sofrito.
  3. Se corta cebolla y ajos y se sofr铆en en un poquito de aceite de oliva y cuando est茅 dorado se le a帽ade un chorre贸n de vino blanco y se deja que hierba un poco. Yo despu茅s lo muelo y le hecho una pizca de colorante de piment贸n dulce para darle color a la salsa (pero muy poco, una pizca) le a帽ado las alb贸ndigas y los champi帽ones, y le hecho un poco de agua que las cubra y las pongo a hervir a fuego medio. Al ratito a帽ado los guisantes ya que son m谩s tiernos y las dejo hervir
