  2. Cebolla en polvo
  3. Ajo en polvo
  4. 1/2 latita paté
  5. Orégano
  6. Pimienta

  1. En un bol ponemos la carne, el huevo, y las especias. Removemos bien y agregamos el paté y el queso en polvo y una pizca de sal (si eres hipertenso como el paté y tiene sal no le agregues más) lo integramos todo bien y dejamos que repose 20 minutos.
  2. En un bol ponemos un poco de harina y vamos cogiendo porciones de la carne, hacemos bolitas y las pasamos por harina. A mí me salieron 16 albóndigas de un tamaño mediano. Ponemos en un sartén aceite un as dos o tres cucharadas, y vamos sellando ahí las albóndigas. Las ponemos en la cazuela y reservamos.
  3. Pelamos y cortamos las patatas en dados medianos y las reservamos. En la misma sartén que hemos sellado las albóndigas ponemos la cebolla muy picadita y dejamos que se poche bien. Añadimos una cucharada colmada de harina y la tostamos con el aceite y la cebolla. Agregamos el vino. Removemos y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol. Agregamos el caldo y removemos bien. Dejamos cocer la salsa a fuego medio bajo removiendo de vez en cuando
  4. En la cazuela donde tenemos las albóndigas pondremos los guisantes y las patatas, vertemos la salsa que hemos hecho anteriormente y dejamos que hierva durande unos 20 minutos, o hasta que la patata esté hecha. Le ponemos un poco de sal (si eres hipertenso la puedes sustituir por pimienta blanca, ajo en polvo y nuez moscada. No es lo mismo pero el gusto de estas 3 especias juntas dan sabor).
  5. Cuando ya esté hecha bien la patata y el caldo haya engordado al gusto servimos y ¡¡a comer!!!
