- Se le añade los chorizos frescos pinchada la piel con la punta de un cuchillo, se dejan en la salsa hasta que se cocinen.
- Luego se sacan y se cortan en ruedas.
- La salsa de tomate y los chorizos cortados se le agrega a la olla de las lentejas, se sazona con sal, pimienta, pimentón o paprika y la ramita de orégano. Se tapa y se prosigue la cocción a fuego lento por un rato más.
- Se prueban para saber si las lentejas están tiernas y si le hace falta más sal. Se sirven con perejil picado por encima.
