  8. Una vez reducido añadimos un vaso de agua y el caldo de pollo (dejamos que se haga a fuego medio 15 minutos)
  9. Mientras vamos pelando y triscando la patata en trozos no muy grandes
  10. Lavamos y las ponemos un poquito de sal y perejil
  11. Añadimos a nuestras albóndigas y dejamos 10 minutos más
