  5. Añadir la cebolla, el huevo, el queso y el pan rallado. Mezclar muy bien hasta tener una masa espesa (si queda muy líquida añadir más pan rallado) Añadir el perejil y volver a mezclar.
  6. Meter en nevera al menos 20 minutos
  7. Precalentar el horno a 180 grados calor arriba y abajo. Forrar una fuente de horno con papel sulfurizado
  8. Sacar la masa de la nevera, tomar porciones, dar forma y poner en la fuente
  9. Meter al horno 30 minutos, sacar y reservar
  10. Mientras, en una sartén con muy poco aceite y a fuego suave poner el tomate natural con un poco de sal, una pizca de azúcar, el orégano y la albahaca
  11. Dejar hacer 10 minutos, añadir el tomate frito, dejar que se haga el tomate. Añadir las albóndigas y dejar todo junto unos minutos
  12. Emplatar y servir caliente
