- Le agregamos la calabaza que sacamos del horno sin los ajos (si se quieren poner pelarlos cortarlos mas chicos y ponerlos)
- Revolvemos y en 3 minutos apagamos el fuego
- Ahora vamos a preparar el ligue con 4 huevos
- La mozzarella rallada
- Y un pote de queso crema light
- Revolvemos hasta que este integrado y le agregamos sal y pimienta
- Revolvemos y se lo agregamos a el sarten que tiene la calabaza
- Mezclamos con cuidado las dos preparaciones
- Y la volcamos sobre las masas que tenemos horneadas
- Espolvoreamos con queso rallado y semillas de sésamo integral
- Llevamos a horno bien caliente hadta que coagule el huevo seran de 7 a 12 minutos dependiendo del horno y de la temperatura
