- Mientras esto pasa, haremos masitas con la harina de maíz (este paso es netamente opcional, es algo que hacía mi madre con las sopas), las mismas debes ser del tamaño y forma de una albóndiga, al estar todas formadas las colocamos en la preparación con cuidado.
- Una vez que veamos que el pavo esté cocido por dentro y las verduras blandas en especial la zanahoria procedemos a añadir la sopa con cabellitos, pasados unos pocos minutos rectificamos la sal y el gusto y listo! A probar ese manjar! No se arrepentirán!
