  1. Lavar el pollo y poner a cocerlo con 2 ajos, 1/4 cebolla y sal.
  2. Lavar los jitomates y ponerlos a asar en un sartén.
  3. Quitarle la semilla al chile ancho y ponerlo a tostar sin que se queme, así mismo hacer con el chile morita y el chile chipotle, cuidar que no se quemen. Ya que están tostados, lavarlos y dejarlos escurrir.
  4. En un sartén caliente agregar un poco de aceite e incorporar los 3 ajos y el resto de la cebolla para que se fríen sin que se quemen, ya que están listos retirar e incorporar los chiles en ese mismo sartén (después agregar un poco de agua para que se ablanden)
  5. En otro sartén caliente colocar las pimientas, clavos y canela dorar un poco y reservar.
  6. Ya que está listo se va a licuar los jitomates, ajos, cebolla, chiles, pepita, ajonjolí, cacahuate, canela, clavo, pimienta junto con el caldo de pollo y sal (opcional puedes utilizar consomé de pollo en polvo).

    NOTA: DE PREFERENCIA Licúa POR PARTES, PARA QUE NO SE SOBRE CALIENTE TU LICUADORA.
  7. Ya que está todo licuado, en una cacerola caliente con aceite, verter lo licuado pasando por un colador, dejar sazonar (se debe mover constantemente para que no se pegue).

    Una vez sazonado incorporar las piezas de pollo, junto con una o dos tazas de pollo (si ya no tienes agregar agua). Dejar que espese un poco y agregar los nopales previamente cocidos, incorporar sal o consomé de pollo en polvo y listo.

    Acompañar con arroz, frijoles y tortillas 🤤👍😊.
