Rectificar la sal tomando en cuenta que vamos a sazonar el caldillo y que el queso también tiene su propia sal.
  5. Una vez listo el relleno lo colocamos en el hueco de las calabazas.
  6. Para el caldillo, licuamos los jitomates restantes, 1/4 de cebolla y el ajo. En una cacerola caliente agregar aceite y el resto de los ingredientes. Le ponemos el consomé y dejamos hervir unos 5 minutos después con cuidado ponemos las calabazas dentro de el caldillo. Reducimos el fuego y cocinamos por 5 minutos más. Rectificar el sazón.
